ICOBC AGM

All members of the ICOBC are advised that an annual general meeting of the members of Indo Canada Ottawa Business Chamber will take place as follows:

Time: 12.00 PM - 2:30 PM Date: September  17, 2022 (Saturday) Place: TBD 

Before the meeting, members should, if needed, update their name, address and any other details.

Agenda

1. Confirm the chair for the meeting if the Chair of the Board is absent.
2. Minutes of the previous meeting of members:

Election of directors:

• Four of the directors have completed their term of 2 (two) years but are eligible to apply for re-election.
• Nominated members are appointed for one year term and therefore, the positions will be filled by board after AGM.
• Election Committee shall receive nomination papers from any other interested members who are in good standing and are fully paying in individual membership or a life member category. The proposer and seconder must also be individual member in good standing for at least 6 (Six) months prior to the date of AGM
